This is a four bedroom fully furnished executive villa with modern facilities
located 200 metres off the Spintex Road ,near Rana Plaza Shopping centre and Restaurant,
and just 2 miles away from the Exotic Coco Beach Resort. Minimum stay is 1 week
and maximum is 6 months.
2 bedrooms are en-suite whilst the others share a toilet and a bathroom. The house
is fully air-conditioned and all rooms have ceiling fans. All the bedrooms are fully
furnished with beds, mattresses and fitted wardrobes. It has a large, tastefully
furnished living room, dinning room, and a garage for one car. There is a functioning
telephone line with internet connectivity and all rooms have telephone receivers.
Available at the Villa is a fast ADSL Wireless Broadband(Wi-Fi) which can be used with your own Laptop or the
Desktop/Laptop computer provided by the Villa. If using your own Laptop computer, there is a charge of $3/day for
unlimited use of the internet. Alternatively you may use the Desktop/Laptop at the villa for a mere $5/day inclusive of internet use.
There is a 30kva standby generator and an overhead water reserve tank with a capacity of 3,500 gallons(15,000 litres). Facilities are available for playing Basketball, Football, Table Tennis and Playstation games.
The kitchen has a microwave, fridge/freezer, gas cooker and assortment of cooking
Utensils, plates, cutlery and drinking glasses. The house boasts of a very large
compound(ideal for families with children), well kept garden, summer hut, and a security post. There is a housekeeper
onsite which is included in your daily rate, if a chef is needed, he/she is available
for $10 per day. The main gate is fitted with an intercom. .This Villa must be seen

making it easy for service. There is also a door that leads` to the back yard.

designed above ground ESCAPADE swimming pool. This pool is made of extruded resin
and combines sophisticated quality and craftsmanship. It measures 30ft round and
54 inches deep with attached skimmer, pump and filter

VCR and CD/Radio/Cassette Stereo Music System, Playstation console and games, .
There is ceiling fan , two chandelier lighting system,and A/C unit.

both en-suite rooms and the other two rooms share a bathroom and shower room. This
